摘要
文章探索了早期蒸汽养护对混凝土性能的影响。提出应采取建立专用蒸汽养护室,对PC混凝土构件进行蒸汽养护,观察其养护效果;同时在蒸养过程中,必须对构件的移送与静置、构件升温、构件恒温保持、构件降温各阶段加以严格控制。因此,对PC混凝土构件实施早期养护时,对于静置期不升温、升降温阶段的速度控制、构件的保湿防裂等方面,应当严格执行规范要求,以确保构件的质量。
This paper is to explore the effect of early steam curing on the performance of concrete.A special steam curing room is established to carry out steam curing of PC concrete components,and observe the curing effect.During steam curing,the transfer and standing of components,the rise of component temperature,component constant temperature maintenance and the cooling of component temperature must be strictly controlled.It is concluded that during the early curing of PC concrete components,the specification requirements should be strictly implemented in terms of no temperature rise in the standing period,speed control in the temperature rise and fall stage,moisture preservation and crack prevention of components,so as to ensure the quality of compo⁃nents.
