摘要
目的探讨可溶性生长刺激表达基因2蛋白(sST2)和IL-33水平在冠心病PCI患者中的临床意义。方法选取2019年12月至2020年12月期间至我院行PCI术的136例冠心病患者,通过诊断结果分为三个组:急性心肌梗死组(AMI)50例、不稳定型心绞痛组(UAP)43例及稳定性心绞痛组(SAP)43例;通过酶联免疫吸附测定(ELI⁃SA)法检测并比较冠心病患者PCI手术前、术后1个月的血清可溶性生长刺激表达基因2蛋白和IL-33水平的表达水平,分别分析两者在AMI、UAP和SAP三组冠心病患者PCI手术前后的表达变化及两者之间的相关性。结果手术前:与健康对照组相比,冠心病UAP组和AMI组患者血清sST2水平显著升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而血清IL-33水平显著降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);手术后:PCI术治疗后1个月,冠心病UAP组和AMI组血清sST2水平均显著下降,以AMI组下降最明显(P<0.05),而血清IL-33水平显著升高(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析显示,冠心病PCI手术前后血清IL-33与sST2水平之间呈负相关。结论血清sST2在冠心病病情严重患者中呈高表达,经PCI治疗手术后可出现不同水平的降低;血清IL-33在冠心病病情严重患者中呈低表达,经PCI治疗手术后可出现不同水平的升高;两者在冠心病PCI手术前后呈负相关,sST2和IL-33水平变化可用来监测冠心病患者的病情进展。
Objective To investigate the correlation and clinical significance of soluble growth stimulating expres⁃sion gene 2 protein(sST2)and IL-33 levels before and after PCI in patients with coronary heart disease.Meth⁃ods 136 patients with coronary heart disease who underwent PCI in our hospital from December 2019 to De⁃cember 2020,are selected and divided into three groups based on the diagnosis results:50 cases of acute myocar⁃dial infarction group(AMI),43 cases of unstable angina pectoris group(UAP)and 43 cases of stable angina pecto⁃ris group(SAP).The expression levels of serum soluble growth-stimulating expression gene 2 protein and IL-33 in patients with coronary heart disease before PCI surgery and those 1 month after PCI by enzyme-linked immu⁃nosorbent assay(ELISA)are detected and compared.The expression changes of the two before and after PCI in the three groups of AMI,UAP and SAP patients with coronary heart disease and the correlation between the two are analyzed.Results Before surgery,compared with healthy control group,the serum sST2 level of UAP group and AMI group was significantly increased,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05),and the serum IL-33 level was obviously reduced,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).After surgery,1 month after PCI treatment,the serum sST2 level of UAP group and AMI group decreased significantly,the most significant decline is in the AMI group(P<0.05),and the serum IL-33 level was obviously increased(P<0.05).Pearson cor⁃relation analysis shows,there is a negative correlation between serum IL-33 and sST2 levels before and after PCI surgery for coronary heart disease.Conclusion Serum sST2 is highly expressed in patients with severe coronary heart disease,different levels of reduction can occur after PCI treatment and surgery;serum IL-33 is low in pa⁃tients with severe coronary heart disease,and different levels of elevation can occur after PCI treatment and sur⁃gery;both are negatively correlated before and after PCI surgery for coronary heart disease,and changes in sST2 and IL-33 levels can be used to monitor the progress of patients with coronary heart disease.
