摘要
在广大农村地区,由于剩余劳动力向城市地区的转移,很大一部分农村儿童与父母分离,长期处于亲情缺失的状态,这对正处于身心成长阶段的儿童产生了不良的影响,使其产生大量不良习惯,这不仅影响了这部分儿童的正常学习、生活,同时对其今后的人生成长、发展也存在着不利的影响。因此,这就需要教师在对亲情缺失儿童进行管理的过程中,充分认识到其不良习惯的形成原因,并通过优化教学策略,促进这部分儿童的身心健康成长。
In the vast rural areas,due to the transfer of surplus labor to urban areas,a large part of rural children are separated from their parents and have been in a state of lack of affection for a long time.This has a negative impact on children who are in the stage of physical and mental growth,make it produce a large number of unhealthy habits,this not only affects the normal learning and life of these children,but also has an adverse effect on their future growth and development in life.Therefore,it is necessary for teachers to fully understand the reasons for the formation of bad habits in the process of managing children with lack of affection,and to optimize the teaching strategies to promote the healthy growth of these children.
