The Optimizing Strategy of Class Management of Primary School Teachers from the Perspective of Moral Education

摘要 新课改提出了德育理念,小学教师在教育学生、管理班级时,应主动从德育视角出发,以德育手段组织各项工作,保证教育教学活动与新课改要求之间的一致性,同时更好地促进小学生身心健康成长。笔者立足于该背景,对小学班主任应如何在德育视角下优化班级管理展开了分析,同时结合教学实际提出了几点建议,以供参阅学习。 The new curriculum reform puts forward the concept of moral education.When educating students and managing classes,primary school teachers should proactively start from the perspective of moral education and organize various tasks by means of moral education to ensure the consistency between educational and teaching activities and the requirements of the new curriculum reform,and at the same time better promote the physical and mental health of primary school students.Based on this background,the author analyzes how a primary school class teacher should optimize class management from the perspective of moral education,and at the same time puts forward several suggestions based on teaching practice for reference and learning.
