环境温度对黏钢加固RC梁承载能力影响的试验研究

摘要 对不同环境温度下的4片黏钢加固RC梁开展三点弯曲加载试验,研究环境温度对加固梁承载能力的影响规律,并分析其作用机制。结果表明:高/低温环境中的加固梁混凝土应变明显大于20℃环境中加固梁,钢板应变明显偏小,挠度显著增大;高温环境加速结构胶老化,低温环境易导致结构胶脆性开裂,不利于钢板分担荷载,从而导致加固梁承载能力降低。研究成果可为混凝土构件的加固设计和管养提供借鉴。 The influence of ambient temperature on the bearing capacity of RC beams strengthened with bonded steel plates was investigated by three-point bending tests,and the impact mechanism was analyzed.The results show that the concrete strain of the strengthened beam in high/low temperature is significantly greater than that in 20℃,the steel plate strain is obviously smaller,and the deflection is significantly increased.The aging of structural adhesive is accelerated by high temperature,and brittle cracking of structural adhesive is easy to occur in low temperature,which is not conducive to load sharing of steel plate,thus reducing the bearing capacity of strengthened beams.The results can provide reference for the reinforcement design and maintenance of concrete members.
