Research progress on interface structure and properties of carbon nanotubes grafted carbon fibers on cement-based composites

摘要 碳纳米管、碳纤维作为两种可提升水泥基性能的增强材料,能有效改善其界面性能和耐久性能,延长建筑材料的使用寿命,在如今工程领域受到广泛关注和研究。在多项研究和试验中发现,通过对碳纤维表面进行适当改性,并把碳纳米管接枝到其表面,可获得相较单一碳纤维增强水泥基材料更优性能的增强体。分别介绍了单掺碳纳米管、单掺碳纤维以及将碳纳米管接枝到改性的碳纤维中的3种材料对水泥基界面性能和耐久性能的研究。 Carbon nanotubes and carbon fibers are two kinds of reinforcing materials that can improve cement-based performance,which can effectively improve their interface performance and durability,and extend the service life of building materials.They are now widely concerned and studied in the engineering field.They have received extensive attention and research in the field of construction materials today.In many studies and experiments,it has been found that by appropriately modifying the surface of carbon fibers and grafting carbon nanotube materials to the surface,a reinforcement body with better performance than a single carbon fiber reinforced cement-based material can be obtained.It introduces the research on the interfacial properties and durability of cement-based materials of three materials,single-doped carbon nanotubes,single-doped carbon fibers,and grafting carbon nanotubes into modified carbon fiber materials.
