摘要
预制装配式结构施工速度快、工程质量高、施工环保性好,构件的连接处是预制结构的最薄弱部位。针对单点灌浆套筒预制构件连接工艺,采用试验的方式对预制剪力墙构件在低周期循环荷载下的力学性能进行了试验分析,得到了构件的滞回曲线、强屈比及延性系数,利用X射线数字成像技术及预埋传感器监测表明,单点灌浆套筒灌浆率达到规范要求。
Prefabricated structure has the advantages of fast construction speed,high engineering quality and good environmental protection.The connection of components is the weakest part of prefabricated structure.According to the connection technology of single point grouting sleeve precast members,the mechanical properties of precast shear wall members under low cycle cyclic load are tested and analyzed.The hysteretic curve,strength yield ratio and ductility coefficient of the components are obtained.The monitoring results of X-ray digital imaging technology and embedded sensors show that the grouting rate of single point grouting sleeve meets the specification requirements.
