摘要
采用体积法设计了15%、20%、25%这3种目标孔隙率的透水混凝土,研究了不同目标孔隙率以及不同目标孔隙率下水灰比对透水混凝土抗压强度、透水系数的影响。总结了不同目标孔隙率下透水混凝土的破坏形式,并简要分析了不同目标孔隙率对透水混凝土破坏形式的影响机理。结果表明:配制不同目标孔隙率的透水混凝土最佳水灰比均为0.3;目标孔隙率与抗压强度、透水系数相关性较好,随着目标孔隙率的增大,抗压强度随之减小,透水系数随之增大;随着目标孔隙率的增大,透水混凝土的破坏形式由以骨料破坏为主逐渐转变为以相邻骨料间水泥石破坏为主。
It uses the volume method to prepare pervious concrete with 15%,20%and 25%different goal porosity.The effects of different goal porosity and water cement ratio with different goal porosity on the compressive strength and permeability coefficient of pervious concrete are studied.At the same time,the failure mode with different goal porosity is summarized,and the mechanism of the influence of different goal porosity on the failure mode of pervious concrete is briefly analyzed.The results show that the optimum water cement ratio of pervious concrete with different goal porosity is 0.3.The goal porosity has a good correlation with compressive strength and permeability coefficient.With the increase of goal porosity,the permeability coefficient increases,the compressive strength decreases.With the increase of goal porosity,the failure mode gradually changes from aggregate failure to interface failure between aggregate and cement paste.
