摘要
阴极磷生铁浇铸是降低铝电解槽阴极压降的有效途径和措施,进而降低槽电压和铝液直流电耗。本文开展了磷生铁浇铸技术在200 kA电解槽应用实践,通过燃气加热的方式成功完成阴极浇铸试验,并进行了上槽试验,试验槽炉底压降相比双钢棒电解槽阴极压降降低83 mV,吨铝直流电耗降低了278 kWh。试验槽取得显著效果后,进行了推广应用,数据显示,阴极磷生铁浇铸电解槽能够在低电压下运行稳定,吨铝直流电单耗降到了12,400 kWh以下,经济社会效益显著,具有良好的推广应用价值。
The cathode phosphorus pig iron casting is an effective method to reduce the cathode voltage drop of aluminum pots, which can further reduce the pot voltage and DC power consumption of liquid metal. In this paper, the phosphorus pig iron casting technology is applied to 200 kA aluminum pots, the cathode casting test is successfully completed by the gas heating, and the pot experiment is carried out. Compared with the cathode voltage drop of double-steel bar aluminum pot, the cathode voltage drop of the test pot is 83 mV lower, and the DC power consumption per ton of aluminum is reduced by 278 kWh. It is widely promoted after evident effect is achieved on test pots. The data shows that the pots can operate stably under low voltage with cathode phosphorus pig iron casting, and the DC power consumption per ton of aluminum is reduced below 12,400 kWh. It is significant economic and social benefits.
