先秦儒家的“道”与“技”之辨——以《荀子·富国》为例

摘要 本文考察了《荀子·富国》的“道”与“技”思想,以“明分使群”解读荀子的礼思想基础上的“道”“技”观,认为早期的儒家思想中体现了尊重知识、分工合作、服务人本的意识,通过对技术和技能者的重视即“贤者得进”来规范和稳定社会秩序,从而“兼足天下”,达到富国与治道的理想境界。在早期儒家礼学思想体系中,“百技所成”“知者为分”“任智进贤”统一于明礼而教的观念,在当代仍然具有启发作用,指导我们关怀人本、尚智善知、注重专业分工,“以礼养人”,培养全面发展的人才。 This paper investigates the thoughts of "Tao" and "Ji" in Xunzi Fuguo, it interprets Xunzi’s view of "Tao" and "Ji" under the thinking of "Ming fen shi qun" and holds that the early Confucianism embodies the consciousness of respecting knowledge, division of labor and cooperation, and serving people. By attaching importance to technology and skilled people, "Xian zhe de jin" can standardize and stabilize the social order, so as to "Jian zu tian xia" and achieve the ideal realm of enriching the country and governing the way. In the early Confucian etiquette ideology, the concept of "Bai ji suo cheng" "Zhi zhe wei fen" "Ren zhi jin xian" is unified in concept of teaching after refined, which still has an enlightening effect in contemporary times, guiding us to care for people, be wise and know well,pay attention to professional division of labor, "Yi li yang ren", and cultivate fully developed talents.
