Home and Community in Wordsworth's Poems

在西方功利主义与资本主义语境宰制下,理性至上、利益先行的价值观大行其道,传统家园形态与人际交往模式面临严峻挑战。这引发了社会成员对共同体温馨和谐关系的渴望,也催生了学界对共同体的关注与思考:家园与共同体意味着什么?何种家园与共同体才能带给人们安全感?个人对其所属的共同体应承担什么样的责任?19世纪上半叶,浪漫主义诗人满怀救赎的信仰与希望,致力于通过诗歌美学精神进行人类心灵和社会风气的净化与完善,勾勒出万物相连的共同体蓝图。本文以华兹华斯的《抒情歌谣集》序言和其诗歌为例,追溯诗人家园与共同体构想中的"关系与爱",旨在找到上述问题的答案,为当下实现人与自然的良性共生、自我与他者的移情顿悟、现世对往世的延续传承提供借鉴。

Under the domination of Western utilitarianism and capitalist context,the values of rationality first and interests first are popular,and the traditional homeland form and interpersonal communication mode are facing severe challenges.This has aroused the desire of social members for the warm and harmonious relationship of the community,and also gave birth to the academic circles'concern and thinking about the community:What does home and community mean?What kind of home and community can guarantee members a sense of security?What kind of responsibility should an individual take for his community?As early as the last century,many romantic poets,with the belief and hope for redemption,devoted themselves to the purification and improvement of human mind and social atmosphere through the spirit of poetic aesthetics,and outlined an ideal community full of interwoven relationships.This paper,through the preface of William Wordsworths Lyrical Ballads and his poems,tends to trace the poet's consciousness of "love and relationship" in home and community in order to find answers to the questions raised above,thus provide reference for benign symbiosis between human and nature,empathic resonance between self and the other,succession of the present to the past in the current society.
