摘要
目的对基于多学科综合诊治牙周临床复杂病例的大查房教学课程进行效果评价和分析。方法研究纳入2018—2019年北京大学口腔医学院在读研究生112人次和教师30人次,采用问卷调查方法,针对研究生病例汇报技能,对本课程的形式、内容及实用价值等进行调查。通过问卷调查统计结果评价和分析课程效果。结果自2018—2019年共进行大查房课程4次,问卷调查结果显示,研究生112人次中,约96.4%~99.1%的研究生对病例汇报各方面质量的评价良好;对课程的整体评价上,研究生92人次中有87.0%的研究生认为其十分有利于各专业研究生提高口腔临床综合专业素养,无较差或不满意的评价。教师30人次中,96.7%的教师对该课程的评价予以了最高评级。结论本课程能达到研究生的多学科综合诊治设计思路训练目的,实施效果良好,课程前景有待进一步探索。
Objective To evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of a grand rounds teaching course based on multidisciplinary comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of complex periodontal clinical cases.Methods This study included112 postgraduate students and 30 faculty members enrolled in Peking University School and Hospital of Stomatology,and a questionnaire was used to investigate the case reporting skills of postgraduate students and the format,content and practical value of this course.The statistical results of the questionnaire survey were used to evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of the course.Results A total of 4 grand rounds were conducted from the end of 2018 to the end of 2019,and the results of the questionnaire survey showed that about 96.4%-99.1% of 112 students rated the quality of case presentation as good or fair,87.0% of 92 students thought it was beneficial for postgraduate students in various specialties to improve their clinical competence,and there were no poor or unsatisfactory ratings.96.7% of the 30 faculty teachers gave the highest rating to the course.Conclusion This course can achieve the purpose of postgraduate training in multidisciplinary comprehensive diagnosis and treatment design ideas,the implementation is good,and the prospect of the course needs to be further explored.
