摘要
考虑后门槛加强板本体及周边零件结构关系,采用AutoFormR7.0软件对后门槛加强板数模进行有限元分析,并结合理论知识、现场零件结构和冲压工艺特点,对起皱问题进行分析研究;根据分析结果优化模具压料结构,使后门槛加强板在成形过程中得到充分的压制,解决了其冲压起皱问题,保证了成形质量,缩短了模具开发周期。
Considering the structural relationship between the rear threshold stiffener plate and its surrounding parts,the finite element analysis was carried out for the numerical model of the rear threshold stiffening plate by using AutoForm R7.0 software.The wrinkling problem was analyzed and studied by combining the theoretical knowledge,the part structure,and stamping process characteristics.According to the analysis results,the pressure structure of the die was optimized to make the rear threshold stiffening plate get full pressing during the forming process,which solved the stamping wrinkle problem,guaranteed the forming quality and shortened the die development cycle.
