钒对H13钢热稳定性的影响

摘要 为研究V对热作模具钢热稳定性的影响,制备不同V含量的H13试样钢。通过回火硬度曲线以及在600℃回火时热稳定曲线,探讨了不同V含量对H13钢的热稳定性影响,结合JMA方程分析了V对回火稳定性动力学过程的影响。结果表明,添加V后H13钢二次硬化现象显著,且二次硬化峰在530℃左右,并且0.55%V的试验钢的热稳定性最好,与理论分析结果一致,因此H13钢添加0.55%的V能有效抑制碳化物的粗大,形成细小弥散的碳化物、提高硬度、增强热稳定性。 In order to study the effect of vanadium on the thermal stability of hot work die steel,H13 steel samples with different vanadium content were prepared.Through the tempering hardness curve and the thermal stability curve when tempering at 600℃,the influence of different vanadium content on the thermal stability of H13 steel was discussed.Combined with JMA equation,the influence of vanadium element on the dynamic process of tempering stability was analyzed.The results showed that the addition of vanadium element made the secondary hardening phenomenon of H13 steel obvious,and the secondary hardening peak was about 530℃,and the thermal stability of the 0.55%V test steel was the best,which was consistent with the theoretical analysis results.Therefore,adding 0.55%V could effectively inhibit the coarsening of carbides,form fine dispersed carbides,increase hardness and enhance the thermal stability of H13 steel.
