摘要
真空球罐是维持风洞等地面模拟设备试验的关键部件,某风洞设备为维持试验需建设两座20000 m^(3)真空球罐,通过分析比较,真空球罐采用内加筋、裙座支撑的结构。详细阐述了20000 m^(3)真空球罐应力分析和外压稳定性分析的过程和结果,验证了采用有限元分析设计的方法对于大容积、内加筋、裙座支撑的真空球罐设计的可行性。
Vacuum spheroidal tank is the key component to maintain the test of ground simulation equipment,such as wind tunnel.For one wind tunnel equipment,two 20000 m^(3)vacuum spheroidal tanks were needed to build so as to maintain the test.Through analysis and comparison,in the vacuum spheroidal tank,the structure of inner stiffeners and skirt support were used.In this paper,the process and results of stress analysis and stability analysis for 20000 m^(3)vacuum spheroidal tank were described,and the feasibility of finite element analysis and design method for large volume,internally stiffened and skirt supported vacuum spherical tank were verified.
