摘要
邻硝基苯胺分相釜为立式分离设备,内盘管加热结构形式,主体材质为S32168,投产运行4年后,筒体和内加热盘管均出现不同程度的腐蚀穿孔现象。针对设备的实际使用情况,通过对不同材质在相同环境下腐蚀性问题的研究,更换材质和改进设备加热方式对设备进行设计优化,达到防腐蚀目的,使设备平稳运行。
Phase separation kettle for o-nitroaniline is vertical separating equipment with inner heating coil,and the main material of the equipment is S32168.After 4 years of operation,the cylinder and the inner heating coil had been corroded and perforated to various degrees.According to the actual use of the equipment,the corrosion occurred in different materials in the same environment was studied.The optimum design of the equipment was carried out by changing the material and improving the heating method so as to achieve the purpose of anticorrosion and make the equipment run successfully and for a long time.
