吸附塔球封内件支撑环结构优化分析 被引量:1

摘要 通常循环次数高达百万次的吸附塔,承压本体上应避免导致结构不连续的角焊缝。以球封内壁全焊透支撑环这种新结构为分析对象,采用ANSYS软件的优化模块,分析了内压作用下支撑环角度A、厚度T、内侧焊角r和外侧焊角R,4个几何参数对支撑环局部不连续区最大应力值的影响。研究发现:T、r、A增大,最大应力值增大;R增大,最大应力值降低;最大应力值对参数变化灵敏度顺序为:T>r>R>A。工程设计时,建议减小支撑环厚度来降低最大应力值。 Generally in the absorption tower,on which more than millions cycle loads act,fillet welds which results to local discontinuity should be avoided in the main body.With the structure of inner support ring in spheroidal head as the analysis object,and by using finite element software ANSYS,the effects of the angle A,the thickness T,inside welding angle r and outside welding angle R of the support ring to the maximum stresses in local discontinuities were analyzed.It was found that increase of T,r,or A,the maximum stress increase;increase of R,the maximum stress decrease;the sensitivity of the parameters to the maximum stress is T>r>R>A as the order.Thus it is proposed in engineering design that the thickness of support ring should be decreased so as to reduce the maximum stress.
