地特胰岛素联合二甲双胍及门冬胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Insulin Detemir Combined with Metformin and Insulin Aspart in Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes

目的分析地特胰岛素+二甲双胍+门冬胰岛素对2型糖尿病进行治疗的临床效果。方法将2018年1月至2019年1月到我院治疗的66例2型糖尿病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,均为33例。分别通过地特胰岛素+二甲双胍+门冬胰岛素法治疗和地特胰岛素+二甲双胍法治疗,比较效果。结果观察组(90.91%)的血糖控制有效率比对照组(75.76%)高,有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应发生率(9.09%)和对照组(9.09%)无差异(P>0.05);治疗后观察组的空腹血糖值、餐后2 h血糖值、糖化血红蛋白水平、体质量都优于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗以后的体质胰岛素用量明显比对照组更少,血糖达标时间比对照组更短,有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组用药以后的生活质量和睡眠质量明显优于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论临床对2型糖尿病进行治疗时为患者通过地特胰岛素+二甲双胍+门冬胰岛素所取得的效果相对地特胰岛素+二甲双胍而言更好,不会产生严重的不良反应,能更好的控制患者的血糖水平,减少体质量,减少胰岛素用量,缩短血糖达标时间,改善生活质量和睡眠质量。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of insulin detemir+metformin+insulin aspart in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.Methods Sixty-six patients with type 2 diabetes who came to our hospital for treatment from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,both of which were 33 cases.The effects were compared by the treatment of insulin detemir+metformin+insulin aspart and the treatment of insulin detemir+metformin.Results The effective rate of blood glucose control in the observation group(90.91%)was higher than that of the control group(75.76%),with statistical difference(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(9.09%)and the control group group(9.09%)had no difference(P>0.05).The fasting blood glucose level,2 hours postprandial blood glucose level,glycosylated hemoglobin level,and body weight of the observation group after treatment were better than those of the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).The constitutional insulin dosage of the observation group after treatment was significantly less than that of the control group,and the blood glucose reaching the standard time was shorter than that of the control group,which was statistically different(P<0.05).The life of the observation group after medication the quality and sleep quality were significantly better than those of the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical treatment of type 2 diabetes,the effect achieved by patients with insulin detemir+metformin+insulin aspart is better than insulin detemir+metformin,without serious adverse reactions,and can better control the patient's blood sugar level,reduce body mass,reduce insulin dosage,shorten the time for blood sugar to reach the standard,and improve the quality of life and sleep quality.
