腹腔镜手术与开腹手术治疗大肠癌的护理对比观察

Nursing Comparison Between Laparoscopy and Laparotomy in the Treatment of Colorectal Cancer

目的对比分析腹腔镜手术与开腹手术治疗大肠癌的护理。方法选取2018年6月至2019年6月于本院进行手术的大肠癌患者160例,根据手术方法分成A组(腹腔镜手术)与B组(开腹手术),各80例,两组均给予针对性护理,对比两组患者尿管留置时间、胃管留置时间、引流管留置时间、住院时间、镇痛药物使用率及并发症发生率。结果A组患者尿管留置时间、胃管留置时间、引流管留置时间、住院时间分别为(1.79±1.14)d、(3.07±0.86)d、(3.41±1.48)d、(10.32±0.84)d,均明显短于B组的(2.43±1.25)d、(4.62±0.85)d、(5.37±1.44)d、(16.25±0.81)d,镇痛药物使用率(6.25%)、并发症发生率(1.25%)均明显低于B组的76.25%、8.75%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术治疗大肠癌的效果明显优于开腹手术,为了进一步减轻手术对机体的损伤,可应用针对性护理缩短术后尿管、胃管、引流管等留置时间,有效预防术后并发症,减少镇痛药物的使用,在临床治疗过程中可加以借鉴和应用。

Objective To compare and analyze the nursing of laparoscopic surgery and laparotomy in the treatment of colorectal cancer.Methods A total of 160 patients with colorectal cancer who underwent surgery in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected and divided into group A(laparoscopic surgery)and group B(open surgery)according to surgical methods,with 80 patients in each group.Both groups were given targeted nursing care.The urinary catheter indwelling time,gastric tube indwelling time,drainage tube indwelling time,hospitalization time,analgesic drug utilization rate and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results Urinary catheter indwelling time,gastric tube indwelling time,drainage tube indwelling time and hospitalization time in group A were(1.79±1.14)days,(3.07±0.86)days,(3.41±1.48)days,(10.32±0.84)days,which were significantly shorter than that in group B(2.43±1.25)days,(4.62±0.85)days,(5.37±1.44)days,(16.25±0.81)days,respectively.The utilization rate of analgesic drugs(6.25%)and complication rate(1.25%)were significantly lower than those of group B(76.25%)and 8.75%,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery for the treatment of colorectal cancer is superior to laparotomy,in order to further reduce surgical damage in the body,can be used targeted nursing,in order to shorten the postoperative urine tube,gastric tube and drainage tube indwelling time,effectively prevent postoperative complications,and reduce the use of analgesic drugs,in the process of clinical treatment can be for reference and application.
