脑电图双频谱指数监测仪辅助用于甲状腺手术精准麻醉中的临床价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的脑电图双频谱指数(BIS)监测仪辅助甲状腺手术精准麻醉中的价值分析。方法以随机样本抽样法,于我院2018年1月至2020年12月行甲状腺手术的患者中,抽取60例,以抽签法分为对照组、观察组,每组30例,对照组采用常规监测法,观察组采用BIS监测仪,对比两组临床相关指标,不同时间点患者血流动力学指标,并发症发生率。结果观察组丙泊酚总用量、患者苏醒时间、拔管时间、离开手术室时间均短于对照组,组间比较差异显著,P<0.05;T_(1)时,两组HR、MAP、BG对比,P>0.05;T_(2)、T_(3)、T_(4)时,组间对比,P<0.05;两组并发症发生率对比,P<0.05。结论在甲状腺术中应用BIS监测仪可稳定血流动力学,效果显著。 Objective To analyze the value of bispectral index(BIS)monitor in precise anesthesia of thyroid surgery.Methods Sixty patients with thyroid surgery in our hospital(January 2018 to December 2020)were randomly selected and divided into control group and observation group with 30 cases in each group.Control group:routine monitoring method,observation group:BIS monitor was used,to compare the clinical related indexes,hemodynamic indexes at different time points and the incidence of complications between the two groups.Results The total dosage of propofol,the patient's recovery time,extubation time,and time to leave the operating room in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and there were significant differences between the groups,P<0.05;At T_(1),HR,map and BG of the two groups were compared,P>0.05;at T_(2),T_(3) and T_(4),there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the two groups was compared,P<0.05.Conclusion The application of BIS monitor in thyroid surgery can stabilize the hemodynamics,and the effect is remarkable.
