经桡动脉心脏支架植入术患者围手术期舒适护理的需求分析

Perioperative Comfort Nursing Needs Analysis of Patients Undergoing Radial Artery Stent Implantation

目的分析经桡动脉心脏支架植入手术的患者围手术期内所配合舒适护理的需求。方法将2018年2月至2019年10月到我院治疗的100例经桡动脉心脏支架植入手术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,了解患者围手术期护理的实施情况和需求。结果本文39例患者希望围手术期深化医护患的感情;27例希望围手术期建立治疗信心;16例希望手术中获得帮助;10例希望手术后可解除局部压迫;8例希望积极的开展舒缓运动等。结论临床医护人员充分认识到经桡动脉心脏支架植入手术患者进行舒适护理的需求,可以充分的为患者提供针对性的护理措施,在整体上提高患者的舒适度,对优化介入手术围手术期的护理质量具有重要意义。

Objective To evaluate the need for comfortable nursing care during the perioperative period of patients undergoing transradial heart stent implantation.Methods Retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 100 patients undergoing radial artery heart stent implantation surgery in our hospital from February 2018 to October 2019 to understand the implementation and needs of patients'perioperative care.Results Thirty-nine patients in this study hoped to deepen the feelings of doctors,nurses and patients during the perioperative period;27 cases hoped to establish treatment confidence during the perioperative period;16 cases hoped to get help during the operation;10 cases hoped that the local compression can be relieved after the operation;8 cases hoped to actively develop relief sports etc.Conclusion Clinical medical staff fully recognize the need for comfortable nursing care of patients undergoing transradial heart stent implantation,which can adequately provide patients with targeted nursing measures,improve the comfort of patients as a whole,and it is of great significance to optimize the perioperative nursing quality of interventional surgery.
