不同药物口腔护理对牙周炎疗效的影响研究

Study the Effect of Different Drug Oral Care on the Efficacy of Periodontitis

目的研究不同药物的口腔护理应用在牙周炎治疗当中对临床效果的影响。方法本文进行分组对照试验,选择2018年4月至2019年9月到我院进行治疗的72的牙周炎患者应用抽签法则分为观察组和对照组,两组例数等量,均为36例。观察组行甲硝唑法进行研究,对照组行盐酸米诺环素法进行研究,同时对两组研究对象配合针对性的护理,分别计算两组相关数据统计结果,并做统计学比较。结果在经过不同的药物口腔护理之后,观察组在菌斑指数、出血指数、牙周探诊深度、附着丧失、松动程度等角度所表现出来的效果都明显优于对照组,P<0.05,差异存在统计学意义。结论临床通过甲硝唑为主的药物治疗配合相针对性的口腔护理应用在牙周炎治疗当中能够有效发挥理想的效果,可帮助患者改善口腔的健康程度,提升整体的口腔质量,值得推广。

Objective To study the effect of oral care of different drugs on the clinical effects of periodontitis.Methods A group-controlled trial was conducted in this paper.72 patients with periodontitis who were treated in our hospital from April 2018 to September 2019 were divided into observation group and control group.The number of the two groups was equal.36 cases.The observation group was studied by metronidazole method.The control group was treated with minocycline hydrochloride method.At the same time,the two groups of subjects were matched with the targeted nursing.The statistical data of the two groups were calculated and compared statistically.Results After different drug oral care,the observation group showed better results in the plaque index,bleeding index,periodontal probing depth,attachment loss,looseness and other aspects than the control group,P<0.05,the difference there was statistical significance.Conclusion Clinical metronidazole-based drug therapy combined with targeted oral care can effectively achieve the desired effect in the treatment of periodontitis.It can help patients improve oral health and improve overall oral quality.It is worth promoting.
