延续性护理在2型糖尿病患者中的效果和满意度探讨

Effect and Satisfaction of Continuous Nursing in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨2型糖尿病患者实行延续性护理的效果与满意度。方法在2020年1月至2020年12月选择44例进院诊疗的2型糖尿病患者作为试验对象。将所有试验人员按照随机数字表法划分为对照组、观察组,每组22例。其中对于对照组患者施用常规护理干预,研究组患者则施用延续性护理干预。比较两组护理效果。结果接受护理干预后,试验患者护理满意度,研究组高于对照组,具有显著差异(P<0.05);试验患者血糖控制情况,研究组优于对照组,具有显著差异(P<0.05);试验患者生活质量评分,研究组高于对照组,具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论对于临床上2型糖尿病患者的护理措施,实行延续性护理措施效果更好,有效提升患者的满意度、生活质量,更好控制患者血糖水平。

Objective To study the effect of continuous nursing in the clinical nursing of patients with type 2 diabetes,and its effect and satisfaction after the implementation,as a reference.Methods From January 2020 to December 2020,44 hospitalized patients with type 2 diabetes were selected as experimental subjects.All subjects were divided into control group and observation group with 22 cases in each group according to random number table method.For patients in the control group,routine nursing intervention was applied,while patients in the research group were applied with continuous nursing intervention.Compare the nursing effect of the two groups.Results After nursing intervention,the nursing satisfaction of experimental patients was higher in the study group than in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05);the blood glucose control of experimental patients was better in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of experimental patients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For clinical nursing measures for patients with type 2 diabetes,the implementation of continuous nursing measures,its effect is better,effectively improve the patient's satisfaction,quality of life,better control of blood sugar level of patients.
