165例冠心病介入治疗后并发症的预防及护理

Prevention and Nursing of Complications after Interventional Therapy in 165 Cases of Coronary Heart Disease

目的研究分析冠心病介入治疗后的并发症与预见性护理策略。方法将2017年9月至2018年9月到我院治疗的165例冠心病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,其中观察组83例,对照组82例,两组患者常规进行介入治疗,分别对两组患者配合预见性护理和常规护理,比较效果。结果观察组的护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后观察组患者的生活质量高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经介入治疗的冠心病患者实施预见性护理可以有效提高患者的满意度和生活质量,降低并发症的概率,值得推荐。

Objective To study and analyze the complications and preventive nursing strategies of coronary heart disease after interventional treatment.Methods One hundred and sixty five patients with coronary heart disease who came to our hospital for treatment from September 2017 to September 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,of which 83 cases were in the observation group and 82 cases in the control group.The two groups received routine interventional therapy.The two groups of patients were matched with predictive nursing and routine nursing to compare the effects.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the quality of life of patients in the observation group after nursing was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the complication rate of the group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Preventive care for patients with coronary heart disease undergoing interventional therapy can effectively improve patient satisfaction and quality of life,and reduce the probability of complications.It is worth recommending.
