个性化护理对慢性胃炎患者心理状态、疼痛程度的影响

Influence of Individualized Nursing on the Mental State and Pain Degree of Patients with Chronic Gastritis

目的分析个性化护理对慢性胃炎患者心理状态与疼痛程度的影响。方法本研究选取我院(时间为2017年8月至2018年9月)接诊的78例慢性胃炎患者为研究对象,将其按照随机抽样的方法分为对照组(n=39)和观察组(n=39)。在相同治疗方案的前提下,为对照组患者辅助展开常规性护理措施,为观察组患者提供个性化护理。对比不同护理措施对患者产生的影响。结果观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);护理前,观察组和对照组在HAMD与HAMA评分方面无差异(P>0.05);护理后,两组的HAMD与HAMA评分均改善,但观察组的改善更占优势,有统计学差异(P<0.05);护理后,观察组的疼痛比对照组更轻,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论通过个性化护理服务应用,在慢性胃炎患者中能够调节患者的不良心态,减轻疼痛,提升整体满意度,值得推荐。

Objective To analyze the effect of individualized nursing on mental state and pain degree of patients with chronic gastritis.Methods Patients with chronic gastritis selected in the study were accepted by our hospital from August 2017 to September 2018,78 patients with chronic gastritis were randomly divided into two groups:control group and observation group.Under the premise of the same treatment plan,the routine nursing measures were carried out for the patients in the control group,while the patients in the observation group were provided with personalized nursing.To compare the effect of different nursing measures on patients.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);before nursing,there was no difference in HAMD and HAMA scores between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05);after nursing,the HAMD of the two groups And HAMA scores were improved,but the improvement of the observation group was more dominant,there was a statistical difference(P<0.05);after nursing,the pain of the observation group was lighter than the control group,there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Through the application of personalized nursing service,in patients with chronic gastritis,the unhealthy mentality of the patients can be adjusted,the pain can be reduced,and the overall satisfaction can be improved.It is worth recommending.
