急诊急腹症患者护理满意度和护理质量的方式分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的讨论人性化护理对急诊急腹症患者护理满意度和护理质量的价值。方法将2017年1月至2018年5月我院接受治疗的急诊急腹症患者80例随机分为两组,将其中的40例患者纳入到对照组中并采取基础护理,将另外40例患者纳入到试验组中并采取人性化护理。对其护理效果进行统计和分析。结果与对照组相比,试验组患者的护理质量评分及护理满意度均明显更高,有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论急诊急腹症患者在就医时,通过人性化护理干预方式,能够使护理质量大大提升,患者的满意程度较高,具有推广使用价值。 Objective To discuss the value of humanized nursing on the satisfaction and quality of emergency abdomen patients.Methods Eighty emergency patients with acute abdomen who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to May 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.Among them,40 patients were included in the control group and adopted basic care,and the other 40 patients were included in the experimental group and adopted humanized care.The nursing effect was analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the nursing quality scores and nursing satisfaction of patients in the experimental group were significantly higher,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion When emergency abdomen patients go to the hospital,the quality of nursing can be greatly improved and the patients'satisfaction degree is high by the way of humanized nursing intervention,which has the value of popularization and application.
