优质护理在乙型肝炎后肝硬化伴上消化道出血中的效果观察

Effect of High-quality Nursing in Patients with Post-hepatitis B Cirrhosis Accompanied by Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

目的分析优质护理在乙型肝炎后肝硬化伴上消化道出血中的效果。方法选择2018年5月至2019年5月我院收治的58例乙型肝炎后肝硬化伴上消化道出血患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组,每组29例,对照组患者实行常规护理,观察组患者实行优质护理,对比两组患者的临床指标、并发症发生率、再出血率及护理满意度。结果观察组出血量明显少于对照组,观察组止血时间及住院时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率及再出血率分别为3.45%、6.90%,均明显低于对照组的20.69%、24.14%(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度的93.10%,明显高于对照组的72.41%(P<0.05)。结论乙型肝炎后肝硬化伴上消化道出血患者实行优质护理的效果显著,能有效减少出血量,缩短止血时间及住院时间,大大降低并发症发生率及再出血率,提高患者对护理服务的满意程度,值得在临床护理领域中使用及推广。

Objective To analyze and explore the effect of high-quality nursing in patients with post-hepatitis B cirrhosis accompanied by upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods A total of 58 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis and upper gastrointestinal bleeding from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the subjects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,29 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received routine nursing,while the patients in the observation group received high-quality nursing.The clinical indicators and the incidence of complications were compared between the 2 groups.Rebleeding rate and nursing satisfaction.Results The amount of bleeding in the observed group was significantly less than in the control group,and both the hemostasis time and hospitalization time in the observed group were significantly shorter than in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications and rebleeding in the observed group was 3.45% and 6.90%,respectively,both significantly lower than 20.69% and 24.14%in the control group(P<0.05).93.10% of total care satisfaction in the observed group was significantly higher than 72.41%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of high-quality nursing for patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis and upper gastrointestinal bleeding is remarkable.It can effectively reduce the amount of bleeding,shorten the time of hemostasis and hospitalization time,greatly reduce the incidence of complications and rebleeding,and improve the satisfaction degree of patients to nursing services.It is worthy of being used and promoted in the field of clinical nursing.
