分段式疼痛护理结合饮食指导对肝内胆管结石术后患者的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Segmental Pain Nursing Combined with Dietary Guidance on Patients with Intrahepatic Bile Duct Stones

目的对肝内胆管结石术患者实施分段式疼痛护理结合饮食指导护理的效果进行探讨。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月94例肝内胆管结石术患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各47例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的同时给予分段式疼痛护理结合饮食指导,对两组护理效果进行对比。结果两组术后胃肠蠕动恢复时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间及首次排便时间对比,观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05);术后1、3、7 d不同时间点两组VAS评分对比,观察组各时间点评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);术后并发症发生率对比,观察组(4.26%)低于对照组(17.02%),差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;护理满意度各指标评分对比,观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论分段式疼痛护理及饮食护理在肝内胆管结石术患者护理中应用,对患者术后胃肠功能恢复有促进作用,有效的减轻了患者术后疼痛程度,对相关并发症有积极预防效果,护理质量较高。

Objective The effect of segmental pain care combined with diet guidance nursing for patients with intrahepatic bile duct stones was discussed.Methods Ninety-four patients with intrahepatic bile duct stones between January 2018 and January 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,47 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing.The observation group was given the same points in routine nursing.Segmental pain care combined with dietary guidance to compare the effects of the two groups of care.Results The recovery time of gastrointestinal peristalsis,the recovery time of bowel sounds,the first exhaust time and the first defecation time in the two groups were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The time was 1 day,3 days and 7 days.The VAS scores of the two groups were compared.The scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications was lower in the observation group(4.26%)than in the control group(17.02%).The significance of learning,P<0.05;the scores of nursing satisfaction indicators were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Segmental pain nursing and diet nursing are used in the nursing of patients with intrahepatic bile duct stones.It can promote the recovery of postoperative gastrointestinal function,effectively reduce the postoperative pain and prevent the related complications.The effect,the quality of care is high.
