标准化护理流程预防老年失禁患者失禁相关性皮炎的效果

Effect of Standardized Nursing Procedure on Prevention of Incontinence-associated Dermatitis in Elderly Patients with Incontinence

目的评价标准化护理流程在预防老年失禁患者失禁相关性皮炎的效果。方法本文调查时间选择2018年1月至2019年7月,将在此期间来我院进行治疗的78例老年失禁患者设置为观察组,将同期到我院进行治疗的另外78例老年失禁患者设置为对照组。观察组患者通过采用失禁相关性皮炎标准化护理流程进行干预,对照组则选择常规的失禁护理进行干预,对两组患者失禁相关性皮炎的发生率等相关情况进行统计和比较。结果观察组出现失禁相关性皮炎的发生率为3.85%(3/78),对照组为12.82%(10/78),P<0.05;两组护理人员关于失禁相关性皮炎预防知识考核进行比较,护理前组间差异无统计学意义,P>0.05,护理后,观察组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对老年失禁患者通过失禁相关性皮炎标准化护理流程进行干预可有效预防老年失禁的发生,同时能有效提升护理人员对失禁相关性皮炎预防知识的掌握程度。

Objective To evaluate the effect of standardized nursing procedures on the prevention of incontinence-associated dermatitis in elderly incontinence patients.Methods The time of investigation was selected from January 2018 to July 2019.The 78 elderly incontinence patients who came to our hospital for treatment during this period were set as the observation group,and the other 78 elderly incontinence patients who came to our hospital for treatment during the same period were set as the control group.Patients in the observation group were intervened by the standardized nursing procedure of incontinence-associated dermatitis,while the control group was selected to intervene with routine event care.The incidence of incontinence-associated dermatitis was compared and compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of incontinence-associated dermatitis in the observation group was 3.85%(3/78),and that in the control group was 12.82%(10/78),P<0.05.For the nursing staff in this group,the knowledge of prevention of incontinenceassociated dermatitis was investigated.There was no difference between the two groups before the nursing,P>0.05.After the nursing,the observation group was significantly better than the control group,P<0.05,and there was statistical significance.Conclusion For elderly patients with incontinence,intervention through standardized nursing procedures for incontinence-associated dermatitis can effectively prevent the occurrence of senile incontinence,and it can also effectively improve the mastery of nursing staff's knowledge of prevention of incontinence-associated dermatitis.
