关于早期康复护理对脑梗死患者运动功能的影响分析

Effect of Early Rehabilitation Nursing on Motor Function of Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的研究早期康复护理对脑梗死患者运动功能的影响。方法选取我院于2018年8月至2019年9月收治的50例脑梗死患者为研究对象,通过随机分组方式分为两组,每组25例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施早期康复护理。对比两组患者的治疗有效性、语言表达能力、肢体运动能力、护理满意度及治疗依从性。结果观察组患者的治疗有效性明显高于对照组(P<0.05),语言表达能力、肢体运动能力明显改善(P<0.05),护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗依从性明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脑梗死治疗中运用早期康复护理能够有效提升患者的治疗依从性,提升治疗有效率,改善患者的语言表达能力与肢体运动能力,提高患者的护理满意度。

Objective To study the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on motor function in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 50 patients with cerebral infarction admitted by our hospital from August 2018 to September 2019 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into two groups of 25 cases each performing routine nursing and observation group performing early rehabilitation nursing.Comparing the treatment effectiveness,language expression ability,physical movement ability,nursing satisfaction,and treatment compliance between the two groups.Results The observation group had significantly more treatment effectiveness than controls(P<0.05),significantly improved language expression and limb movement ability(P<0.05),significantly higher nursing satisfaction than controls(P<0.05),and significantly higher treatment compliance than controls(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of early rehabilitation nursing in cerebral infarction treatment can effectively improve their treatment compliance,improve their language expression ability and body movement ability,and improve their nursing satisfaction.
