玄武岩筋混杂钢纤维混凝土偏心受压短柱试验与有限元分析 被引量:3

摘要 利用废旧轮胎中提取钢纤维应用于混凝土结构中是我国重点研发计划固废资源化的有效方式之一。将废旧钢纤维和工业钢纤维以3∶1的比例掺入普通混凝土中制得混杂钢纤维混凝土,同玄武岩筋组合构成玄武岩筋混杂钢纤维混凝土柱。在混杂钢纤维混凝土基本力学性能试验和玄武岩筋混杂钢纤维混凝土偏心受压短柱试验的基础上,通过ABAQUS有限元软件对不同偏心距作用下的玄武岩筋混杂钢纤维混凝土偏心受压短柱进行模拟计算。获得了其混凝土和玄武岩筋应力、开裂荷载、极限荷载、荷载-柱中侧向位移等力学性能,并将模拟结果与试验结果对比,验证有限元模型的正确性。 The application of steel fiber extracted from used tyres in concrete structure is one of the effective ways to recycle solid waste in key R&D programs in China.Hybrid steel fiber concrete is made by mixing recycled steel fiber and industrial steel fiber into common concrete at a ratio of 3∶1.The stub columns of BFRP bars and hybrid steel fiber reinforced concrete is composed of BFRP bars and hybrid steel fiber concrete.Based on the basic mechanical properties experiment of hybrid steel fiber concrete and the eccentric compression stub columns of BFRP bars and hybrid steel fiber reinforced concrete,the eccentric compression stub columns of BFRP bars and hybrid steel fiber reinforced concrete under different eccentricities is simulated by ABAQUS finite element software.The mechanical properties of stub columns,such as stress of concrete and BFRP bars,cracking load,limit load,load-lateral displacement in the middle of columns are obtained.The simulation results are compared with the experiment results to verify the correctness of the finite element model.
