不锈钢在跨海桥梁工程防腐中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 随着国民经济发展,国家对交通基础建的投资在增加,我国跨海大桥的数量也在增加。然而处于海洋环境的跨海大桥会受到氯离子侵入、干湿循环、海浪冲蚀等多种因素的复杂影响,导致钢筋锈蚀较为严重,进而导致混凝土结构劣化,出现不同程度的腐蚀破坏、服役寿命降低的现象。因此,采用造价低廉、易于塑造的不锈钢等材料,以降低混凝土腐蚀破坏进程,是控制混凝土结构劣化、提高跨海大桥钢筋混凝土结构服役寿命的关键。 With the development of economy,state investment towards transportation infrastructure is increasing,resulting in the continuous increase on the amount of sea-crossing bridges.However,sea-crossing bridges exposed to the marine environment are affected by complex effects such as chloride ion erosion,wet and dry action,and sea wave impact,easily leading to steel corrosion,sothe durability of concrete structures is reduced and its service lifeis threatened.Therefore,taking economic and effective measures(such as stainless steel rebar)to prevent and control the corrosion and damage of the reinforced concrete structure of the sea-crossing bridge is an inevitable choice to improve its durability and extend the service life.
