Current Situation and Countermeasures of Legislation on Compulsory Classification of Domestic Waste in Changzhou

随着垃圾分类工作的开展,常州市垃圾分类设施基本配置到位,而垃圾分类工作的有效推进离不开强有力的法律保障,因此,常州市有必要加快生活垃圾强制分类的立法工作。系统分析了常州市生活垃圾分类立法的基本情况、实施情况以及存在的不足,提出推进常州市生活垃圾强制分类立法工作的对策建议,为后续常州市推进生活垃圾强制分类工作提供参考。

With the development of waste classification work,the basic configuration of waste classification facilities in Changzhou was in place.The effective promotion of waste classification could not be separated from a strong legal guarantee.Therefore,it was necessary for Changzhou City to speed up the legislation work of mandatory classification of domestic waste.The basic situation,implementation situation and deficiency of domestic waste classification legislation in Changzhou were systematically analyzed.Countermeasures and suggestions to promote the legislative work of compulsory classification of domestic waste in Changzhou were put forward,which would provide the references for the follow-up compulsory classification work of domestic waste in Changzhou.
