摘要
开展了湿化法处理后的病死猪与湿垃圾进行混合厌氧发酵研究,取处理后的动物尸体并粉碎成肉泥,搅匀,与湿垃圾按照不同比例混合,于35℃下发酵,通过分析不同配比对沼气产量、甲烷含量、碱度、氨氮浓度和pH的影响,探究该处理方法的可行性和稳定性,优化发酵条件。结果表明:不同的配比对总产气量影响有明显差别,当病死猪与湿垃圾配比为3∶1时,产气时间较长,可持续至29 d,累计产气量最多为4650 m L,比单独病死猪发酵产气量提高35%左右,是最合适的配比。模拟试验环境及物料配比,改造厌氧消化反应器,实现了湿化法处理后的"病死猪+湿垃圾"混合发酵产气,系统运行良好。
The study of mixed anaerobic fermentation of dead pigs and wet waste treated by humidification was carried out.The treated animal carcasses were crushed into meat mud and mixed with wet waste in different proportions,and fermented at 35℃.By analyzing the effects of different ratios on biogas production,methane content,alkalinity,ammonia nitrogen concentration and pH,the feasibility and stability of the treatment method were explored and the fermentation conditions were optimized.The results showed that different ratios had significant difference on total gas production.When the ratio of dead pigs to wet waste was 3∶1,the gas production time was longer,could last for 29 days,and the maximum cumulative gas production was 4650 m L,which was about 35%higher than that of diseased dead pigs alone.So that it was the most appropriate ratio.The experimental environment and material ratio were simulated,the anaerobic digestion reactor was reformed,the mixed fermentation of"dead pigs+wet waste"after humidification process was realized.And the system operated well.
