输电线路周边火灾卫星遥感监测研究与应用 被引量:3

摘要 为避免电网跳闸停电事故的发生,提高输电线路山火监测的周期性和全面性,本文利用卫星遥感红外探测地表温度技术对福建省输电线路山火发生概率较大的重点县区开展了山火监测的应用研究,实现全天时全天候、大范围面状火点监测。利用自主构建的FAL模型以可信度≥4和输电线路2 km以内为阈值条件获得输变电周边火点,分析火点与输电线路之间的空间位置关系。结果表明,卫星遥感监测在火点发生时间的确定上与现场巡检结果相一致,位置存在一定偏差,但对于全省输电线路火灾预警提供了基础数据支撑,对于输电线路安全运行具有重要意义。 In order to avoid the occurrence of power grid outages and improve the periodicity and comprehensiveness of wildfire monitoring on transmission lines,this paper uses satellite remote sensing and infrared detection of surface temperature technology to carry out wildfires in key counties and districts with high probability of wildfire on transmission lines in Fujian Province.Application research of monitoring,realizing all-weather,large-scale area fire spot monitoring.The self-built FAL model is used to obtain the fire points around the power transmission and transformation with the credibility≥4 and the transmission line within 2km,and the spatial position relationship between the fire points and the transmission line is analyzed.The results show that the satellite remote sensing monitoring is consistent with the on-site inspection results in determining the fire occurrence time,and there is a certain deviation in location.However,it provides basic data support for the province’s transmission line fire warning and is of great significance to the safe operation of the transmission line.
