APLP2基因多态性与冠心病的相关性研究

Study on the association between APLP2 gene polymorphism and coronary heart disease

目的探讨淀粉样肽前体样蛋白2(APLP2)基因单核苷酸多态性与冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病发生率的关联性。方法选择2010年8月-2016年10月在新疆医科大学第一附属医院心脏中心住院并行冠状动脉造影术的998例患者。根据冠脉造影结果分为病例组(n=405)和对照组(n=593),采用改进的多重连接检测反应方法对APLP2基因两个多态性位点rs190276777和rs3740881进行了基因分型,并分析两组间频率分布差异。结果APLP2基因rs190276777多态性位点的基因型分布、隐性模型(CC+CG vs GG)和相加模型(CC+GG vs CG)中的分布频率在病例组和对照组存在明显差异(P<0.001)。Logistic回归分析结果显示APLP2基因rs190276777多态性位点表现为冠心病的独立危险因素(OR=1.968,95%CI:1.209~3.204,P=0.006)。结论APLP2基因rs190276777位点多态性可能是冠心病发病的潜在危险因素,人群中携带APLP2基因rs190276777多态性位点者罹患冠心病的可能性更高。

Objective To investigate the association between APLP2 gene polymorphism and coronary heart disease.Methods Patients admitted to the Heart Center of Xinjiang Medical University Affiliated First Hospital from August 2010 to October 2016 were included.According to the results of coronary angiography,they were divided into case group(n=405)and control group(n=593).The improved multiple connection detection response method was used to genotype the two polymorphic sites of APLP2 gene,rs190276777 and rs3740881,and the prevalence of frequencies of them in two groups was analyzed.Results The distribution of genotypes,recessive model(CC+CG vs GG)and additive model(CC+GG vs CG)of the APLP2 gene rs190276777 variance were significantly different between the case group and the control group(P<0.001).Logistic regression analysis showed that the rs190276777 polymorphism of APLP2 gene was an independent risk factor for coronary heart disease(OR=1.968,95%CI:1.209-3.204,P=0.006).Conclu⁃sion APLP2 gene rs190276777 variance may be a potential risk factor of coronary heart disease.People with rs190276777 variance of APLP2 gene may have higher risks of suffering from coronary heart disease.
