摘要
研究了转动动力吸振器用于抑制梁结构横向弯曲振动的特性。基于谱单元法,建立了安装有转动动力吸振器的梁结构的动力学方程。然后分析了吸振器安装位置和转动惯量参数对减振特性的影响。分析结果表明,转动动力吸振器对梁结构的弯曲振动有良好的抑制效果。转动吸振器安装在梁的最大模态转角位移点上,能够获得最宽减振频带和最大的能量吸收效果。增加转动动力吸振器的转动惯量能够明显提升减振效果。最后,对吸振器的减振效果进行了实验验证。实验结果还表明,利用转动动力吸振器抑制梁结构的弯曲振动,具有提高减振效果而不增加额外附加质量的优势。
In this paper,the characteristics of flexural vibration suppression of a beam using rotational dynamic vibration absorbers are studied.Vibration equations of the beam carrying rotational dynamic vibration absorbers are established using the spectral element method.Then the influences of the installation location,the moment of inertia of the rotational dynamic vibration absorber on the wide band vibration attenuation are analyzed.The numerical analysis result shows that rotational dynamic vibration absorbers have a good performance of suppressing flexural vibrations of beam structures.A widest vibration reduction bandwidth and a maximum energy absorption capacity can be obtained when the rotational dynamic vibration absorbers are installed on the position of maximum modal angular displacement.The increase of the moment of inertia of the rotational dynamic vibration absorbers can also improves the vibration attenuation performance.Finally,the vibration attenuation effect of the rotational dynamic vibration absorber is verified by the experiment.The experiment result also illustrates the advantages of the rotational dynamic vibration absorber that it can improve the vibration reduction performance without increasing the additional mass.
