摘要
架设在北方某地区的垂直对数周期天线,在2018年出现了振子线的断裂现象,主要对振子线的断裂原因进行分析。通过对黄铜材料断裂的两种可能性进行分析,得出黄铜振子线断裂原因为疲劳损伤。造成疲劳损伤的原因主要有,对大吊索进行了拉紧调整及当地的温差较大,导致振子线的应力远超出原始设计时的应力。根据振子线断裂原因,提出了改进方案,以满足该地区对该天线的使用要求。
The fracture reason analysis of oscillator wire was performed of vertical log-periodic antenna,which mounted somewhere in the north of China in 2018.Through the analysis of two possibilities of brass material fracture,the results show the reason of brass oscillator wire fracture is fatigue damage.The main causes of fatigue damage are the tension adjustment of the antenna cable and the large local temperature difference,which results in the stress of the oscillator wire far exceeding the original design stress.According to the reason breakage of the brass oscillator wire,an improved scheme is proposed to meet the antenna requirements in this area.
