摘要
精密RV减速器中摆线轮与针齿壳的啮合传动状态直接决定了整个减速器整机的传动性能,而核心零件摆线轮的模态振动特性对整机动态特性具有重要影响。在建立RV减速器三维模型的基础上,采用有限元法分别分析了摆线轮在自由、轴承约束以及啮合工作三种状态下的模态特性,得到了摆线轮在三种约束状态下的频率分布和振型特性。分析结果表明:在轴承约束和针齿壳约束共同作用的啮合工作状态下,摆线轮模态特性更符合实际工作状态,其固有频率显著提升,且各阶振型也发生了相应变化。该项研究为RV减速器系统的动态特性和啮合特性分析提供了有益参考。
The transmission characteristics of the precision RV reducer is mainly determined by the mesh state between the cycloid gear and pin shell parts,and vibration modal characteristics of the cycloid gear have important effects on the dynamic characteristics of the whole reducer.Based on the 3 D model of the RV reducer,the vibration modal characteristics of the cycloid gear considering three states,namely the free,bearing support and mesh states,are obtained using the finite element method.Simulation results show that the modal characteristics of the cycloid gear in the meshing state matches better with the working mode of the RV reducer than the other states,The natural frequencies the cycloid gear increase remarkably,and the vibration modes are changed accordingly.These works are useful for the analysis on the dynamic transmission characteristics of the RV reducer.
