不同水分处理对甜菜幼苗生长和生理指标的影响

Effects of Different Water Treatments on Growth and Physiological Indexes of Sugar Beet Seedlings

摘要 为探究不同水分处理对甜菜幼苗生长的影响,分析不同水分条件下甜菜幼苗植株表型及生理的变化。本文采用室内土培方法,研究不同水分处理对甜菜幼苗株高、叶宽、叶面积、根面积、干鲜重、叶片膜透性、根系活力、渗透调节物质含量及抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明:(1)干旱处理显著降低了甜菜幼苗株高、叶宽、叶面积、根面积和植株干鲜重,且随着干旱胁迫程度的不断加深降低更加显著;(2)甜菜幼苗根系活力呈现出先下降后上升的趋势;(3)干旱胁迫显著提高了甜菜幼苗叶片渗透调节物质以及过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)及抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)的活性,且上述指标随着干旱胁迫程度的加深呈现明显增加的趋势,其中APX酶活性提高幅度最大。因此,随着干旱胁迫程度的加重,甜菜幼苗生长速度逐渐降低,胞膜损害逐渐加重,渗透调节物质含量和抗氧化酶活性逐渐提高。 In order to explore the effects of different water treatments on the growth of sugar beet seedlings,the phenotypic and physiological changes of sugar beet seedlings under different water conditions were analyzed.In this paper,the indoor soil culture method was used to study the effects of different water treatments on plant height,leaf width,leaf area,root area,dry and fresh weight,leaf membrane permeability,root activity,osmotic adjustment substance content and antioxidant enzyme activity of sugar beet seedlings.The results showed that:(1)drought treatment significantly decreased plant height,leaf width,leaf area,root area and plant dry and fresh weight of sugar beet seedlings,and decreased more significantly with the deepening of drought stress.(2)the root activity of sugar beet seedlings decreased at first and then increased.(3)drought stress significantly increased the activities of osmotic regulatory substances and catalase(CAT),superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD)and ascorbate peroxidase(APX)in sugar beet seedling leaves,and the above indexes increased significantly with the deepening of drought stress,among which APX activity increased the most.Therefore,with the aggravation of drought stress,the growth rate of sugar beet seedlings gradually decreased,the cell membrane damage gradually increased,and the content of osmotic regulation substances and the activity of antioxidant enzymes gradually increased.
