摘要
研究黄腐酸钾(FA-K)对甜菜幼苗生长及养分吸收的影响,为甜菜生产实践中施肥管理提供理论依据。在田间试验条件下,以甜菜“KWS1176”品种为供试品种,以常规施肥为对照,在常规施肥基础上增加2%、4%、6%的FA-K为处理(F2、F4、F6),分析施用FA-K处理对甜菜幼苗生长、光合色素及中微量元素含量的影响。结果表明,与对照相比,施用FA-K促进了甜菜生长,提高了幼苗光合性能,促进了元素吸收;且随着FA-K用量增加,甜菜幼苗株高、叶面积等形态参数、生物量、光合色素含量呈现增加趋势。综合分析表明,增施黄腐酸钾可有效促进甜菜幼苗健壮生长,为高产优质栽培奠定了基础。
The effects of fulvic acid potassium(FA-K)on growth and nutrient absorption of sugar beet seedlings were studied to provide theoretical basis for fertilization management in sugar beet production practice.In the field,the sugar beet variety‘KWS1176’was used as the experiment variety,the conventional fertilization was used as the control,and 2%,4% and 6% FA-K were added on the basis of conventional fertilization(F2,F4 and F6)to analyze the effects of FA-K treatment on the growth,photosynthetic pigments and medium and trace elements content of sugar beet seedlings.The results showed that compared with the control,the application of FA-K promoted the growth of sugar beet,improved the photosynthetic performance of seedlings and promoted the absorption of elements.With the increase of FA-K concentration,morphological parameters such as plant height,leaf area,biomass and photosynthetic pigments content showed an increasing trend.Overall,the application of potassium fulvic acid mineral is the most effective in improving the growth of sugar beet seedlings,laying the foundation for high-yield and high-quality cultivation.
