摘要
搅拌摩擦加工(FSP)是一种极具潜力的大塑性变形技术。综述了近年FSP工艺在镁合金上应用的研究现状,对FSP工艺原理、工艺参数进行介绍。FSP制备的镁合金通常具有良好的超塑性,超塑性可以克服室温难以成形的缺点,使镁合金加工成复杂的部件成为可能。最后在现有的研究基础上,展望了FSP在镁合金应用中的发展趋势。
Friction stir processing(FSP)is a severe plastic deformation technology with great potential.The research status of FSP technology applied to magnesium alloys in recent years was summarized,and the FSP principle,process parameters were introduced.Magnesium alloys prepared by FSP usually exhibit good superplasticity,which can overcome the shortcomings of magnesium alloys that are difficult to form at room temperature,making it possible to process magnesium alloys into complex parts.Finally,based on available research,the developing trend of FSP in magnesium alloy applications was prospected.
