摘要
针对普通电火花加工充磁钕铁硼(NdFeB)材料时,蚀除颗粒排出困难、加工效率低、加工表面质量差的问题,自行搭建磁场辅助平台。通过普通电火花加工方法和磁场辅助电火花加工方法加工充磁NdFeB材料对比试验,分析磁感应强度、峰值电流以及脉冲宽度对充磁NdFeB材料的加工效率和表面质量的影响。结果表明:采用磁场辅助电火花加工方法对充磁NdFeB材料进行加工,加工效率和表面质量均得提高。
In order to solve the problems of difficulty in expelling of etched particles,low machining efficiency and poor surface quality in the conventional electrical discharge machining(EDM)of magnetized NdFeB(NdFeB)materials,a magnetic field-assisted platform was built.By the comparison experiments of the conventional EDM and the magnetic field-assisted electric discharge machining(MF-EDM)on the magnetized NdFeB materials,the influences of magnetic induction intensity,peak current and pulse duration on the MF-EDM machining efficiency and surface quality of the magnetized NdFeB were analyzed.The results show that the machining efficiency and surface quality of the magnetized NdFeB workpiece materials can significantly improve by MF-EDM processing method.
