摘要
研究了二元铝青铜在超声外场及均匀化退火复合处理后组织与性能的变化。结果表明,超声外场处理能显著细化铝青铜合金的铸态组织,铝青铜经过超声外场+600℃的均匀化退火复合处理后能够消除铸态偏析,获得细小均匀的α+(α+γ_(2))组织,使铝青铜合金的综合性能最佳。
The changes of the microstructure and properties of binary aluminum bronze after ultrasonic field and homogeneous annealing were studied.The results show that,the ultrasonic field treatment can significantly refine the as-cast microstructure of aluminum bronze alloy.Aluminum bronze can eliminate as-cast segregation after homogenization annealing treatment at 600℃+ultrasonic field,and the fine and uniformα+(α+γ_(2))structure is obtained,and the comprehensive properties of aluminum bronze alloy are best.
