新形势下旅游类专科高职应用型人才培养与系统构建

Research on Cultivation and System Construction of Application-oriented Talents in Higher Vocational College of Tourism-related Majors under New Situation

传统的旅游类专科高职教育在人才培养上主要采取技能本位的"中职+"模式和知识本位的"本科-"模式,比较分析发现两种模式均无法适应新形势下旅游业高质量发展的人才需求以及旅游类专科高职专业建设的需要。旅游类专业的技术门槛低、就业岗位的综合能力要求高、本科教育的转型困境、中职教育的办学条件障碍以及毕业生的多元化与可持续发展等多种因素的共同作用,决定了旅游类专科高职教育应定位于应用型人才培养并从能力本位贯彻、产教融合推进、师资队伍建设三个层面构建相应的人才培养系统。

The higher vocational education of tourism-related majors mainly adopts the skill-based"secondary vocational education+"mode and the knowledge-based"undergraduate education-"mode in talents cultivation traditionally.However,the comparative analysis shows that the above modes can’t meet the needs of high-quality development of tourism industry and the construction of tourism-related majors in higher vocational education under the new situation.The higher vocational education of tourism-related majors should aim at application-oriented talents under the combined action of the following factors,which include the low technical threshold of tourism-related majors,the high comprehensive ability of jobs,and the transition dilemma of undergraduate education and poor conditions of secondary vocational education,and the diverse and sustainable development of graduates etc.Furthermore,the higher vocational education of tourism-related majors should build the corresponding application-oriented talents training system by implementing competence-based program,promoting the integration of production and education,and strengthening teaching staff construction.
