摘要
为了使毛精纺面料具有防辐射等功能,采用羊毛与柔丝蛋白纤维素复合纤维混纺,后与不锈钢纤维合股加捻制成纱线。再利用亚麻纱和不锈钢纤维花并纱交织,开发设计出不同风格的花色产品,满足不同市场客户的需求。针对设计和生产过程中出现的原料选用、退绕、断丝、张力配置等问题和困难,结合实际工艺参数等相关技术要点,提出了合理的解决方法,确保产品可以批量生产。结果表明:将不锈钢纤维加入毛精纺面料中可以使其具有防辐射等功能,亚麻纤维混纺可使织物手感干爽,使其呢面有微皱感,更具休闲性、实用性,有助于提升男装毛精纺面料产品的附加值。
In order to make worsted fabric with radiation protection and other health functions,wool and rose protein modified fiber were blended,twisted with metal wire to form yarn,and interweave using flax yarn and stainless-steel wire flower.Different styles of products were developed and designed to meet the needs of customers in different markets.To solve the problems and difficulties in the process of design and production,such as material selection,unwinding,wire breaking,tension configuration,etc.,a reasonable solution was put forward by combined with the actual process parameters and other relevant technical points to ensure the success and batch of products.The results show that adding stainless steel wire into worsted fabric can achieve the function of radiation protection.Worsted fabrics can be blended with flax fiber to make the fabric feel dry-touch,slightly wrinkled,more casual and practical.This study is helpful to improve the added value of men's worsted fabric.
