摘要
为了进一步分析骆马绒纤维的热学性能,采取热重分析与差示扫描热分析法对骆马绒纤维的热学性能进行了测试,并在不同时间、温度下对其进行热处理,进而研究骆马绒纤维的强力与断裂伸长的变化。对骆马绒纤维的热收缩率和燃烧性能进行了测试,并与羊驼毛纤维进行了比较。试验显示:骆马绒纤维的分解温度和玻璃化温度分别为213、108℃,均高于羊驼毛纤维;在150℃温度下加热60 min时,骆马绒的断裂强力与断裂伸长率分别为初始值的70.22%、84.29%;在干热空气与沸水中,骆马绒纤维的热收缩率分别为1.35%与1.29%;其极限氧指数与羊驼毛相同,均为24.0%~25.0%。
In order to explore the thermal properties of llama fiber,thermogravimetry and differential scanning calorimetry were used to test the thermal properties of llama fiber,and the changes of strength and elongation at break of llama fiber under different temperature and different time of heat treatment were explored.The thermal shrinkage and combustion properties of llama fiber were also tested and compared with that of alpaca fiber.The results show that the decomposition temperature and glass transition temperature of the wool fiber are 213℃ and 108℃,respectively,which are higher than that of the alpaca fiber.When heated at 150℃ for 60 min,the breaking strength and elongation at break of llama fiber are 70.22%and 84.29% of the original value,respectively.In dry hot air and boiling water,the thermal shrinkage rate of the llama fibers is 1.35%and 1.29%,respectively.The limit oxygen index of alpaca hair fiber is 24.0%-25.0%,which is the same as that of alpaca hair.
