马克思主义人学视阈下“现实的人”发展成才的理论逻辑探析

从“人口大国”走向“人才强国”是党和国家事业发展的重要目标,也是“现实的人”发展规律的本质要求。“现实的人”的思想作为马克思主义人学对人的认识的基本立场和价值原则,其发展成才问题是马克思主义人学密切关注的问题。“现实的人”不断追求的是人的本质力量的有效发挥,进而实现对人的本质的全面获得和占有,这在现实社会发展中就现实地体现为人的发展成才过程,这个过程的前提一定是人的现实存在,而这个过程的结果一定是人的发展成才。人的发展成才过程可以说就表现为数量上的“人”转变为质量上的“才”,这个转变过程不仅需要客观外在的推动,也需要马克思主义人学的指导,从而厘清“现实的人”发展成才的内在动力、实现手段、主体要求和最终呈现,了解“现实的人”发展成才的内在理论逻辑,为人的发展成才以及党和国家的人才培养提供启示。

From"a country with a large population"to"a country with talented people"is an important goal of the development of the cause of the Party and the country,as well as the essential requirement of the development law of"realistic people".The thought of"realistic people"is the basic stand and value principle of Marxist humanism's understanding of man,and the problem of its development and success is closely concerned by Marxist humanism.What the"realistic man"constantly pursues is the effective exertion of the essential power of man,so as to achieve the comprehensive acquisition and possession of the essence of man.This is realistically reflected in the process of human development in the real social development.The premise of this process must be the reality of human existence,and the result of this process must be human development.The process of human development can be said to be the transformation of"people"in quantity into"talents"in quality.This transformation process needs not only the objective and external promotion,but also the guidance of Marxist humanism,so as to clarify the internal motivation,means of realization,subject requirements and final presentation of the development of"realistic people",and understand the inner theoretical logic of the development of"realistic man",and provide enlightenment for the development of man and the talent cultivation of the party and the country.
