网上网下是高校开展思想政治教育实践的重要场域,既要守牢传统网下育人主阵地,也要占领网上育人新平台,两场域育人作用不是此消彼长而是融合共生关系,充分发挥网上网下场域协同效应才能推动高校践行铸魂育人使命。基于思想政治教育的主体、客体、介体、环体四要素,以激发互动主客体铸魂育人的内生动力、打造显性隐性结合的协同介体、构建现实与拟态互通的无缝式环体为抓手,充分借力传统的丰富经验与互联网的广延无限及用户粘性,织就多维立体育人网络,增强高校教师主体主导性、大学生客体主动性、介体环体实效性,助力高校实现网上网下场域协同铸魂育人。

Online and offline are important fields for colleges and universities to carry out ideological and political education practice We should not only keep the main position of traditional offline education,but also occupy the new platform of online education.The effects of people educating are not contradictory,but mutually dependent.Only by giving full play to the synergistic effect of online and offline fields can colleges and universities practice the mission of casting soul and educating people.Based on the four elements of subject,object,medium and external environment of ideological and political education,we should focus on stimulating the endogenous power of soul casting education of interactive subject and object,creating a collaborative medium of explicit and implicit combination,and building a seamless external environment of reality and mimicry.We should make full use of the rich traditional experience,the unlimited extension of the Internet and user stickiness to build a multidimensional education network so as to enhance the dominance of subject,the initiative of object and the effectiveness of medium and external environment,and help colleges realize collaborative soul casting education in the fields of online and offline.
