结直肠癌肠造口患儿心理韧性的影响因素

Influencing Factors of Psychological Resilience in Children with Colorectal Cancer Undergoing Enterostomy

目的探讨结直肠癌肠造口患儿心理韧性的影响因素。方法选取2017年4月至2021年4月驻马店市中心医院收治的82例结直肠癌肠造口患儿。患儿均于该院完成肠造口术。术后随访1个月时,采用中文版心理韧性量表(CD-RISC)评估患儿的心理韧性水平,收集患儿临床资料。比较不同资料特征的结直肠癌肠造口患儿CD-RISC评分。分析结直肠癌肠造口患儿心理韧性水平的影响因素。结果非独生子女、心理危机水平高、具有一般家庭亲密度的结直肠癌肠造口患儿CD-RISC评分低于独生子女、心理危机水平低、具有良好家庭亲密度的患儿(P<0.05)。经多元线性回归分析显示,非独生子女、心理危机水平高、具有一般家庭亲密度均为结直肠癌肠造口患儿心理韧性水平较低的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论非独生子女、心理危机水平高、具有一般家庭亲密度等可能是结直肠癌肠造口患儿心理韧性水平较低的影响因素。

Objective To explore the influencing factors of psychological resilience in children with colorectal cancer undergoing enterostomy.Methods A total of 82 children with colorectal cancer treated in Zhumadian Central Hospital from April 2017 to April 2021 were selected.Enterostomy was completed in the hospital.At one month follow-up,the psychological resilience level of the children was evaluated by the Chinese version of Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)and the clinical data of the children were collected.The scores of CD-RISC of children with colorectal cancer undergoing enterostomy with different data characteristics were compared.The influencing factors of psychological resilience level in children with colorectal cancer undergoing enterostomy were analyzed.Results The scores of CD-RISC of children with colorectal cancer undergoing enterostomy with non-only child,high level of psychological crisis and general family intimacy were lower than those of children with only child,low psychological crisis and good family intimacy(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that non-only child,high level of psychological crisis and general family intimacy were all the influencing factors of low psychological resilience level in children with colorectal cancer undergoing enterostomy(P<0.05).Conclusion Non-only child,high level of psychological crisis and general family intimacy may be the influencing factors of low psychological resilience level in children with colorectal cancer undergoing enterostomy.
